Emily is a journalism student at Ryerson University. She started there in 2011 after completing high school in a little town outside of Oshawa known as Courtice. There she graduated from Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School as an Ontario Scholar and Honours student. She currently lives in Toronto.
Emily has been writing stories since she first learned how to write. Passionate about fiction, Emily also enjoys doing journalistic work that lets her engage with her sources and readers. She enjoys writing on a variety of topics including health and science, sexuality, sports, weddings and religion.
